1. The service
FreeCompressor provides free, browser-based file compression and conversion tools. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
2. Your content
Files you process remain yours and remain on your device. Because processing happens locally, you are responsible for keeping originals — always verify a compressed file before deleting its source.
3. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or use it in violation of applicable law. That's it.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeCompressor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from use of the service.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
